Battery cell production, e-mobility, and gigafactories are currently driven largely by China. In Europe, there is often a lack of installation expertise needed to set up and commission these facilities in compliance with standards. Battery Cell Manufacturing Plant Commissioning
Electrical and mechanical hook-up of the plant equipment for a new battery cell manufacturing facility as the general contractor. Installation and positioning, internal logistics, work in cleanroom and dry room areas, planned using a shared 3D model with collision detection prior to assembly.
Steel Structures for High-Speed Conveyor Systems
Elevated steel platforms and support structures for a high-speed conveyor system at an automotive facility in Slovakia. The project encompassed everything from the installation of the platforms to the integration of the system, ensuring that the space beneath the conveyor system remains usable.
